Refunds & Returns Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your Huski. If you're unsatisfied with your product, please return it to us within 30 days for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in a re-saleable condition.
If you are returning your Huski because you no longer want it, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping your item to you will be deducted from your refund.
To request a return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for the return.
We will replace products if they are defective or damaged in transit.
If your item is faulty or defective, we will refund the cost of shipping the faulty or defective product back to us, up to the value of $10 per Huski. You will not be charged for the shipping of your replacement Huski.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping products over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning your product to Huski. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
To request an exchange, please email us at email@example.com with your order number and reason for the exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within approximately 7 working days.
Late or missing refunds
Refunds may take a few days to be processed. If you have been advised by us that you will be receiving a refund, please wait at least 10 working days before contacting us. If you have still have not received your refund after 10 working days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
